Both. Many clients choose a recurring janitorial contract for consistent, budget-friendly service, but we also handle one-time deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleaning and seasonal projects. There's no obligation to sign a long-term contract to work with us.

Yes. Our crews arrive fully equipped with professional-grade equipment and supplies as standard. If you prefer we use your in-house products or want us to manage your consumables (paper, soap, liners), we can build that into your plan.

Yes. A large share of our cleaning happens in the evenings, overnight and on weekends so your space is ready before staff arrive. We're available 24/7 and will work around your operations, not the other way around.
